These terms apply to shopping at naazni.com. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Products and sizing

Review product descriptions, fabric details and available size charts before ordering. Screen settings and photography can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Standard delivery costs PKR 200 per order. Review the final total, including any disclosed applicable charges, before confirming an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. If an item is unavailable or an order contains a pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding with any change; you may decline the proposed change.

Payment and delivery

Payment options are those offered at checkout, including cash on delivery where available. Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days from confirmation, subject to the Shipping Policy. We do not request account passwords, PINs or one-time verification codes.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

Contact us promptly to request cancellation or amendment. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Return and exchange requests should be made within 7 calendar days of delivery, under our Returns and Refund Policy. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Use of this website

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity or interference with its security or operation. Website text, images, branding and other content may be protected by intellectual-property rights; obtain permission before using content beyond uses permitted by law.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing. Shopify hosts our store and third-party providers may facilitate payment and delivery. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes and disputes

Updates to these terms apply prospectively. The terms presented when your order was placed govern that order, subject to applicable law. Contact us first about a concern so we can work towards a resolution. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
