Returns and exchanges

You may request a return for refund or an exchange within 7 calendar days after delivery. Contact NAAZNI with your order number, the item and size, and the reason for your request before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Item condition

For change-of-mind or size-related returns and exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging. Please try garments on carefully. Exchanges depend on stock availability; if your requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss a refund or an alternative with you.

Refund deductions

For an approved change-of-mind return, the refund is the amount paid less the original delivery charge of PKR 200 and any eligible COD-tax deduction. Delivery is deducted only once, not again if it has already been excluded from the refund calculation.

A COD-tax deduction applies only to an amount actually incurred on that order, disclosed to you before purchase, non-recoverable and legally permitted to be deducted. It is not an automatic deduction of the seller’s own withholding-tax liability. We will provide an itemised calculation before processing the refund. No fixed COD tax rate is stated or assumed.

Return process and payment

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the outcome. For approved refunds, we will confirm the payment method and expected processing time with you. COD refunds require an agreed transfer method. Never share your PIN, password or one-time verification code. Any return or replacement courier charges will be explained before you proceed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with details and photos where possible. The change-of-mind deductions and condition requirements do not override remedies required by applicable law for damaged, defective, misdescribed or incorrect goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
