Delivery within Pakistan

NAAZNI delivers orders within Pakistan. Standard delivery charges are PKR 200 per order. Please review the final order total and any separately disclosed charges before confirming your order.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days from order confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate; courier delays, weather, remote locations or peak periods may affect delivery. Contact us if your order is overdue.

Order details and cash on delivery

Please provide an accurate address and reachable telephone number. Cash on delivery is available where supported by our courier. Any applicable customer-payable COD charge or tax must be disclosed before order confirmation; no fixed COD tax rate is stated in this policy.

Delivery problems

For a missing, damaged or incorrect parcel, contact us with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate with the courier and explain the next steps. For cancellations or address changes, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
